Kingdom Bank has recorded strong financial results for the year ended 31st December 2025, driven by growth across key balance sheet and income lines, underpinned by scalable growth strategies and customer-focused solutions.
Financial Performance Highlights
- Profit after tax rose 59% to Kes.946.2 million from Kes.596.4 million in 2024; profit before tax increased 5% to Kes.1.13 billion.
- Total operating income grew 35% to Kes.3.70 billion, supported by both interest and non-interest income.
- Net interest income increased 28% to Kes.2.70 billion, while non-interest income surged 55% to Kes.998.6 million, reflecting improved revenue diversification.
- Operating expenses rose 53% to Kes.2.58 billion, mainly due to investments in branch expansion and operational capacity.
Financial Position
- Total assets grew 24% to Kes.51.17 billion.
- Net loans and advances increased 58% to Kes.22.19 billion.
- Customer deposits rose 39% to Kes.29.74 billion.

The bank expanded its physical footprint, opening three new branches in Bungoma, Kariobangi, and Tom Mboya in 2025, and a branch in Embu in January 2026, bringing the total network to 27 branches.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Kingdom Bank continued to impact communities, launching its first secondary school scholarship programme supporting 40 students and planting 32,700 trees in 2025, bringing the cumulative total since 2023 to 69,500.
