Samsung Unveils Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce Platform, Bringing Exclusive Products to Kenyan Shoppers

Samsung Electronics East Africa, in collaboration with Housewives Paradise, has officially launched the Samsung Brand Store (samsungbrandstore.co.ke), marking a significant expansion of its digital retail presence in Kenya.

Operated by the established local retail partner Housewives Paradise and powered by a dedicated e-commerce technology and operations provider, the new direct-to-consumer platform is designed to serve Kenya's growing mobile-first consumer base. By leveraging the country's high internet penetration and widespread mobile payment adoption, the online store complements Samsung's existing retail network while introducing exclusive product lines that broaden consumer choice and strengthen the brand's market presence.

The Samsung Brand Store introduces three core value propositions tailored for online shoppers. Customers can access an online-exclusive range of products featuring unique colour options, specialised sizes, and selected home appliances and mobile devices that are not available through other local retail channels.

The platform also offers curated product bundles, allowing customers to purchase flagship smartphones paired with wearables or complete home entertainment systems at exclusive promotional prices. In addition, every home appliance purchase includes Samsung's Signature Service, providing certified installation, personalised assistance and priority customer support from the first day of ownership.

To create a seamless shopping experience, the Brand Store integrates WhatsApp conversational commerce directly into the customer journey. Shoppers can initiate product consultations through click-to-chat, receive live assistance from Samsung sales representatives and track their orders within the messaging platform.

Beyond consumer retail, Samsung has also launched a dedicated enterprise portal at samsungbrandstore.co.ke/b2b. The platform is designed for corporate organisations, SACCOs, educational institutions, healthcare providers and government agencies, enabling efficient bulk procurement of Samsung devices integrated with enterprise mobility solutions such as Samsung Knox Manage and Knox Guard.

Speaking during the launch, Francis Modi, E-Commerce Manager at Samsung Electronics East Africa, said the platform represents a major milestone in Samsung's digital transformation strategy.

"Today, we take a monumental step forward in how Samsung connects with, serves and delivers value to our consumers across Kenya. By officially opening the digital doors to the Samsung Brand Store, we are redefining the e-commerce landscape in East Africa."

The Samsung Brand Store is now live with a comprehensive range of mobile devices, televisions, home entertainment products and smart home appliances. The platform supports nationwide delivery across Kenya through dedicated fulfilment and customer support teams.

Customers can complete purchases using secure local payment methods, including M-Pesa and major debit and credit cards, while enterprise customers can access tailored procurement solutions through the dedicated B2B portal.

The launch reinforces Samsung Electronics East Africa's commitment to expanding digital commerce, enhancing customer convenience and providing seamless access to the latest Samsung innovations for both individual consumers and businesses across Kenya.
