Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, William Kabogo, has emphasized accountability and innovation as Kenya accelerates its digital transformation agenda.
At a meeting with the ICT Authority leadership, CS Kabogo underlined the need for the Authority to deliver critical ICT infrastructure projects, including the Digital Superhighway, with precision, efficiency, and adherence to global technical standards.

He described ICTA’s work as central to connecting citizens, enterprises, and institutions to the digital economy, and urged the team to keep pace with the rapidly evolving ICT landscape.
